Terms
Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026
Version 1.0, dated 8 October 2026. These terms are the agreement you accept on your go-ahead page. They are written to be read.
1. Who we are and who these terms are for
PuttPush is a trading name of Push Pals Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13137076. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Push Pals Ltd, and "you" means the business that agrees to them.
Our service is for businesses. By agreeing, you confirm you are acting for your business, not as a consumer.
2. How the agreement is made
The agreement is made when you tick the box on your go-ahead page and make your first payment. We record the version of these terms, the date and the time, and email you a copy with your receipt.
3. The free preview
Your homepage preview is free and comes with no obligation. It stays our work until you buy. It is private, at an address only you have, and it is deleted 7 days after we send it.
4. What we build
We build a website of up to 6 pages, based on your preview. Anything more, such as extra pages, booking systems, maps, online shops, new copywriting or logo design, is quoted in writing before any work starts.
5. Price and payment
You choose one of two ways to pay. Prices are in pounds sterling. No VAT is added.
- Paying once: £850. A £150 deposit when you go ahead, and the £700 balance within 14 days of delivery.
- Paying monthly: £79 a month for 12 months. The first payment is taken when you go ahead, and the rest monthly after that.
Both include the first year of hosting. From year 2, hosting is £99 a year (see section 12). Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.
6. Refunds and cancellation
- Before delivery: cancel at any time by email and we refund everything you have paid, in full.
- Within 14 days of delivery: tell us you don't want the site and we refund everything you have paid, in full. This is our hole-in-one promise.
- After 14 days, with no payment and no word from you: we remind you first. If we still hear nothing, we take the site offline and keep the deposit for the work done.
- The balance: once paid, it is final, because you approve the finished site before you pay it.
- The monthly plan: after the first 14 days from delivery, it runs for the full 12 months, because it pays for the build as well as the hosting.
- How to cancel: email [email protected] with your business name. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your email.
- Hosting from year 2: cancel before your renewal date and you pay nothing further. We hand over your files.
7. Timing
We aim to deliver your site within about a week of your first payment and your materials. The clock pauses while we wait for something from you, such as photos, text or access to your domain.
8. Changes
You get 2 rounds of changes to the finished site before you pay the balance. Further changes are quoted first.
9. Ownership
The site and its files become yours when it is fully paid for. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. Your words, logo and photos were always yours.
10. Showing your site in our Work
We only show your site, your name, screenshots, figures or a quote from you on our website with your separate written permission, and only exactly what you agreed to. You can withdraw that permission at any time, and we take it down.
11. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, logos and photos you give us, or that are on your current site.
12. Hosting and changes after launch
Year 1 includes hosting, a security certificate and backups. From year 2, hosting is £99 a year and covers the same. We remind you before each renewal.
13. Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us under this agreement. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Ending the agreement
Either of us can end the agreement if the other does not pay, or seriously breaks these terms, and does not put it right within 14 days of being told in writing.
15. Complaints
See our complaints page.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
17. Using this website
